Long-Term Acting & Drama-Teaching Curriculum
A long-term (3 years and +) capacity building programme for starting actors and drama teachers, both - male and female, which is mostly has a focus on personal development, physical training, acting, and drama techniques and improvising. Part of the training is on-the-job: trainees are paid for what they do in the community.
Long-Term Video-Animation Programme for women
Women are strengthened with drama and video-animation skills needed for facilitating community-based (or school-based) free expression activities with groups of kids. Part of the training is on-the-job coaching when the trainees implement video-animation workshops with kids/ youth. In addition to mastering the gained skills and capacities, for women, it is also economic empowerment of women: they earn a modest income.
